Blender displacement not working

Nice work on the plugin I've been doing that manually for a long time, nice to have this automated. It matters a great deal if you are doing displacement or want to modify the mesh in any way (soften corners, etc.) However - n-gons are perfectly fine for architectural work.

Mar 15, 2020 · Could it have something to do with the scale of your scene and/or the node settings for the displacement strength? In your screenshot you’re multiplying the Zipper input image by 44. That’s a lot. You should set the strength in the Displacement node.

If you can’t work with a functional subdiv system so you can bake from high to low poly without a bunch issues getting in the way, then this type of workflow becomes highly impractical while working in Blender only.
